Chardonnay – Adelaide Hills, 2004

Great Chardonnay is rare, but this cool climate Adelaide Hills Chardonnay fills the palate with hints of citrus, gooseberry, peach, fig and cashew. It is well balanced and shows great skill and care in the integration of fine French oak barriques and finishes full and creamy, the way great Chardonnay should.

 

 

Marsanne – Wrattonbully, 2005

Our 2005 Marsanne comes from old vines in the famed Wrattonbully region of South Australia. While young, this barrel aged white wine expresses characteristic lemon peel, honey and peach notes which, with bottle age will develop a wonderful honeysuckle bouquet.

Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc

This fresh current drinking style wine is sourced from old Semillon vines from the cooler Eden Valley. The Sauvignon Blanc are chosen on their lively tropical and zesty flavors to complement the creaminess and fresh citrus of the Semillon. It is made in the spicy grassy spectrum with honeysuckle and beeswax perfume and a lovely fresh finish.

Our hand selected Shiraz originates from one of the most celebrated wine districts in Australia – the Barossa, where wines produced from very old vines are enthusiastically sought. You grasp true Australian Shiraz by this wine! Vibrant fruit of plum and dark cherry are woven between soft spice and soft supple tannins

Sangiovese Rose – Barossa Valley, 2005

The aromatics of this stunning Rose from the Barossa Valley are vibrant and rich of bramble berries. The crisp and fresh palate is filled with wonderful raspberry, cherry and hints of peach. The soft texture contributes to a perfect summer aperitif.
