It is well balanced and shows great skill and care in the integration of fine French oak barriques and finishes full and creamy, the way great Chardonnay should. |

This fresh current drinking style wine is sourced from old Semillon vines from the cooler Eden Valley. The Sauvignon Blanc are chosen on their lively tropical and zesty flavors to complement the creaminess and fresh citrus of the Semillon. It is made in the spicy grassy spectrum with honeysuckle and beeswax perfume and a lovely fresh finish.
